On September 26th, Mr. KOUKPEM EKOUE, the Resident National Representative of the African Diplomatic Academy in China, and his delegation visited Ice Cypress Technology. The two sides held in-depth exchanges and discussions on intelligent drone swarm technology and its multi-scenario applications.
Ice Cypress Technology showcased the independently developed Lingfeng Drone Swarm System. Integrating three core capabilities—onboard embedded computing, visual SLAM algorithms, and professional photogrammetry technology—the system enables real-time 2D/3D modeling and autonomous operation of multi-drone collaboration. It has successfully broken through the limitations of traditional drone technology, such as single-drone constraints, reliance on external equipment, data latency, and the difficulty of balancing accuracy and real-time performance.
As one of the few intelligent drone swarm systems in China that caters to both military and civilian application scenarios, the system has been highly recognized by multiple military units in the military field, especially in border defense. Its outstanding real-time data collection and analysis capabilities effectively support border security and surveillance work.
Meanwhile, the system has been put into practical use in civilian fields including emergency rescue and urban planning, significantly improving emergency response efficiency and the intelligent level of urban management.
Mr. KOUKPEM EKOUE showed great interest in the Lingfeng Drone Swarm System and highly praised Ice Cypress Technology’s technological innovation and industrialization capabilities in the field of intelligent drones.
He expressed the expectation to strengthen exchanges and cooperation with Ice Cypress Technology in the field of drone technology in the future, and jointly promote the digital transformation of security protection, urban development, emergency management and other fields in Africa.
