Manual inspection features poor safety, low efficiency and blind spots in harsh terrains, along with difficult data management, delayed reporting inaccurate underground pipeline positioning, and no 24/7 regular inspection.
Traditional equipment such as optical fiber detectors and leak detectors has high cost, low accuracy, limited applicability and poor real-time visibility, which slows down emergency decision-making.
The lack of systematic inspection mechanisms makes it hard to balance safety, cost and efficiency, while limited coverage also leads to weak prevention against oil theft and concealed violations.
Based on an air-space-ground 3D observation network, we combine high-altitude monitoring, UAV patrols and smart sensors to build a full-coverage perception system.Integrating big data, visual large models and digital twin, we create an all-in-one intelligent platform for perception, analysis, command and disposal.It enables real-time, full-coverage pipeline monitoring, early warning and risk detection, realizing the shift from manual to intelligent inspection.

High-altitude monitoring and UAVs work with 3D modeling to cover 2km on both sides of the pipeline and the full route, eliminating inspection blind spots.
UAVs' high mobility suits complex environments; leapfrog and VTOL modes support long-duration, long-distance missions with fast emergency response.
Multi-modal data and the AIE-SEG model identify nearly 100 object types and support change detection. Digital twin algorithms improve long-distance small-target recognition and reduce errors.
3D spatial simulation optimizes monitoring layout to lower deployment costs; UAVs and smart devices reduce manual labor, O&M costs and risk losses.
